
Wondering how Returns work?
Overview
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that we work with Printful as our supplier. This means all items are made to order and shipped directly from Printful to you. As such, our return and refund policy is strictly limited to defective or damaged items. We do not offer returns or refunds for issues such as wrong sizes or a change of mind. Please ensure you review sizing charts carefully before making your purchase.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items
- Custom items (e.g., personalized products)
- Sale items
- General returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind)
Returns for Defective/Damaged Items Only
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a defective or damaged item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and have clear signs of defect or damage attributable to Printful’s production or shipping process.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at RachelandAsher@rnaliving.com or rnaclothingandsupplies@gmail.com with your order number, electronic receipt, and a detailed description of the defect or damage (including photos if possible).
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and coordinate with Printful on your behalf.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or error on Printful’s part, Printful will cover the return shipping costs.
- For general returns (non-defective/damaged items), returns are not accepted.
Refunds/Exchanges for Defective/Damaged Items
- Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund or exchange status.
- If approved, Printful will process your refund through your original payment method within 7–14 days.
- For exchanges, we will work with Printful to ship you a replacement item at no additional cost.
